We told you on the telephone how great we think e-backups is for individuals and small businesses but we would like to repeat it here. We feel strongly that you have a product that thousands of people need- but either they may not realize how important it is, don’t know how easily it works or just may never have heard about you.
All of us who are in business realize that a backup can be a lifesaver; however, over time we become complacent; we make a tape or disk backup and leave it in the office on a shelf or in a file drawer. If disaster strikes, it’s like no backup at all.
We like e-Backups because, once it is set up, the operation is totally seamless. We know that a backup of the files we specify will be transferred to your offsite storage at a certain time each day, that it will be done in the background while we continue whatever we may be doing at the time and that if the unexpected happens you will come to our rescue with the files. That’s priceless!

I've never sent a testimonial before, but this time I had to --- you missed a very saleable point in your presentation material. Previous to E-Backups, when we had to restore a file from a tape back-up, the catalog process which occurs prior to restore, would take about 45 minutes. Sometimes we would have to "catalog" the tape twice, before we would get a valid restore. With e-Backups, I found the file that I wanted, and restored from our backup server, in less than 10 minutes total! The actual restore step took 7 minutes.
The more I use your service ( along with virus scans ), the more confident I am about the security of our corporate/client data. Sincerely, and thanks for a great solution,

Certified Nets set us up with E-Backups and within the first thirty days, we were rescued by your service. Our main tenant database was accidentally deleted and Certified NETS used E-backups to restore it to our server in five minutes. It would have taken days to manually re-create that information.
